DAY PARKING
This is located at: Beckfoot School, Wagon Lane, Bradford, BD16 1EE. This is just over the road from the main festival site and is easily accessible. You can purchase a parking pass here
WEEKEND AND CAMPING PARKING
This is located by the campsite: Aire View Avenue, BD16 1NS.
BLUE BADGE PARKING
Blue badge parking is located in both car parks and there will be stewards available to assist accessible guests.
Water points are available around the site for drinking water. You may bring an EMPTY bottle to fill up into the main arena.
We have a ZERO tolerance policy on drug consumption. We work with the local authorities to prevent illegal substances getting onto the festival site. Any festival-goer caught with any illegal substances will NOT be allowed into the festival and may be passed to the authorities.
If you have not received email confirmation of your ticket purchase, please contact Ticketmaster Customer Services.
E-tickets are sent to the email address connected to the ticket purchase. Be sure to keep hold of the email but don’t worry if you accidentally delete it, simply contact Ticketmaster here.
Unfortunately, due to capacity restrictions, camping chairs and inflatable chairs are not permitted into the music arena.
We can not guarantee seating as this is an open air event, there will, however be some seating dotted around.
If you require access to the viewing platform (for wheelchair users and people will mobility issues) please contact info@tokyolive.co.uk and we will send you a form to complete.
DSLR and large recording equipment is not allowed on site without a press pass. Phone cameras and small digital cameras are permitted.

ACCESSIBLE VIEWING PLATFORM
We have a viewing platform available for wheelchair users and for people with mobility issues.
TOILETS
There are a number of accessible portable toilets throughout the site and within the camping area.
ACCESSIBLE CAMPING
Accessible camping is situated next to the Main Arena.
The distance between the Accessible Campsite to the furthest destination in the arena is around 400 metres
Blue badge parking is located just across the bridge from the festival site.
You can camp in the accessible camping area with other members of your party, subject to availability.
We can accommodate tents/trailer tents/ caravans and motorhomes.
Parking for all camping guests will be in the car park, however, there is only a barrier between the car park and the campsite and we will have stewards available to assist.
Accessible camping has a number of larger accessible mobile toilet units. Your own PA will need to provide any help with personal care.
ACCESSIBLE PARKING
Parking is available for blue badge holders and people who may need that facility. It is located approx 100m from the Main Arena – This needs to be booked in advance so that we can manage numbers. Please email info@tokyolive.co.uk
There is a Taxi drop off/pick up point near the school.

STEWARDS
Stewards are positioned throughout the festival site and will assist where they can. All stewards receive training on diversity and inclusion.
MEDICAL SERVICES
Medical services will be on site in the first aid/welfare tent in the Main Arena throughout the festival. We have an ambulance and 4X4 response vehicle on site.
ASSISTANCE DOGS
Assistance dogs are welcome on site. Water bowls can be provided and will be signposted.
STROBE LIGHTING
There will be flashing lights and sometimes lights shining directly on the audience.
SIGN LANGUAGE
This event is BSL interpreted. Interpreters will be on the Main Stage during each performance.
