• VIP upgrade provides access to the VIP enclosure with a private bar, posh toilets and separate viewing area of the stage.
• Customers must have already purchased festival tickets for all attendees before purchasing a VIP upgrade.

Terms of Purchase

• VIP upgrades do not grant entry into the festival without a seperate festival ticket.
• Adults and children must have a valid festival admission ticket as well as VIP upgrade for access to the VIP enclosure.
• Please note the VIP does not guarantee the best view of the stage.
• Tickets provide entry into the VIP enclosure, we do not guarantee everyone a seat.
• Please speak to the VIP host on the day if you encounter any problems.

E-tickets are sent out when there is no longer time to deliver your tickets to your door. These are emailed to you and you will be able to use the email code for your ticket when you arrive. When you show this you will get your wristband for entry
